TECAA has zero tolerance for harm. Our safeguarding framework draws from cultural values, human rights, and legal obligations to ensure community safety.
Policies
All volunteers, staff, and board members agree to safeguarding codes of conduct, background checks, and ongoing training.
Reporting
Speak with our safeguarding officer at safeguarding@tecaa.org.au. We treat every concern seriously and follow clear investigation steps.
Support
We partner with community health providers to ensure that people impacted by harm receive culturally appropriate care.
